Join us on Tue, Apr 30, 2024 at 6:00 PM for an evening of inspiration and collaboration at Gaines Park's Addie Green Room. This event is all about bringing together individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities.

The application procedure for the Community Changemaker Fund demonstrated the Palm Beach County community's enthusiasm for fostering change. The emphasis extends beyond just the recipients; it centers on cultivating a Culture of Health Network comprised of individuals who can access mentorship and forge connections with peers throughout the county.

At the Changemaker Gathering, we will spotlight project and program implementation strategies, explore future opportunities, and hear from changemakers.
