Changemaker Challenge Zero Waste EcoBrick Workshop
ZERO WASTE! Join Change Maker Challenge winner Erin Cassell, owner of Roll Up N Dye , for an afternoon of eco-education and hands on experience, helping to build Ecobricks for benches using un-recyclable plastics!
CHANGE MAKER CHALLENGE EVENT
What goes into an Ecobrick? This video will tell you what goes into an Ecobrick and what we cannot put into the bricks. Please start collecting, washing and drying your plastics to bring with you to add to our non-recycable plastic pile... it takes a TON of plastic to make one brick!
Erin Cassell is known for her community-centric, eco-friendly, smiling persona around town - she is so passionate about the bigger picture of the world we live in. With this change maker vision, Erin had the safety of pedestrians along the Route 1 corridor in mind. Let's help Erin build some bricks for benches!
We hope that you will come to learn about EcoBricks, and help us make some, a great learning opportunity for all ages, sign up early!
The team at Root Studio could not think of a better way to support Erin and her vision by offering to host this important work!
