During this engaging instructor-led workshop learners leverage data tools on a change project specific to their organization to apply analytics and complete several visualizations. Participants will learn best practice methods and what data to use to inform change management activities.


NOTE: Due to the nature of change analytics and the format of this course, this workshop will take place over two days: Wednesday, August 21, 2024 and Friday, August 23, 2024, from 9am - 1pm Eastern each day.
