Would you like to understand how to communicate more effectively in culturally diverse workplaces, especially in Germany? Are you interested in recognizing cultural differences, preventing conflicts, and building a positive, collaborative work environment? This workshop will help you develop intercultural awareness and practical communication skills for your studies, internships, or future career.

This interactive session is designed to increase sensitivity to cultural issues, exploring intercultural perception processes and real differences in communication styles—writing, presenting, negotiating, and more. You’ll learn to identify cultural differences, manage them constructively, and apply these insights to daily interactions with professors, colleagues, and future employers.

What to expect:

✅ Develop greater awareness and sensitivity towards cultural issues in the workplace

✅ Understand how culture influences behavior, communication, business, and organizational styles

✅ Reflect on your own cultural background and broaden your perspective on global values

✅ Explore the eight dimensions that impact business: Communicating, Evaluating, Scheduling, Persuading, Disagreeing, Leading, Trusting, and Deciding

✅ Develop strategies to create a positive work environment, promote cultural understanding, and build networks
