 Develop a habit

 Build flexibility & strength

 Weightloss

Packed a few pounds? Is the body getting stiff? Would you like to gain strength? You are at the right place...

Yoga challenges are an amazing way to commit to a daily practice and see serious results. Carefully pick the right time frame for yourself to see significant progress in your practice, while still feeling achievable. 2 weeks of yoga is great for working on something specific as flexibility in a certain joint/muscle. 4 weeks is a good place to start if you are looking to develop a habit. However, to see transformation longer challenges are more useful and therefore we have a 8 week option as well. Whatever you choose, we assure to start at a steady pace, with just 30 minute sessions to build strength/ flexibility, loose weight and develop habits for health and happiness! Moreover, the group synergy makes it fun and the positive attitude becomes the driving force to put in the required effort! Are you up for it? Lets do this!!

All levels are welcome.

*** Zoom link to the session will be provided after registration.
