Learn the basics of chakras and balancing your energy. This workshop includes lecture on chakras - what each mean, how to tell if they are balanced/unbalanced, a short gentle yoga sequence, followed by a chakra painting session. This full workshop is designed to balance your energy and reinvigorate your healing practices. Both in-studio and virtual options are available. Included in Chakra workshop: • Printable “Guide to Chakras”- literature on everything we are going over, tips on how to balance chakras and additional information • Printable Yoga Sequence to practice - at-home guide to each yoga pose and how it’s connected to a specific chakra • Printable chart detailing what to expect of an unbalanced, balanced or over-active chakra. • Video content of lecture on chakras broken into modules to easily digest at your own self pace • Guide to Painting Chakras (printable) materials list included •In studio workshop attendees will be lead through a yoga sequence and painting session, in combination with lecture on the fundamentals of Chakras!
