Chakradance™ is a form of movement meditation that combines spontaneous dance, music, guided imagery, and mandala art to promote healing and balance throughout the chakra system. It is designed to help you release any blockages, find balance, and ignite your creative spirit.

As you surrender into the trance dance of the third eye chakra, you will find yourself opening up to visions, insights, and higher guidance. This dance will heighten your perception and give you insight into how to handle difficult situations, or changes that need to be made in your life.

No prior dance experience is necessary – just bring an open mind and a willingness to let go.
