Chakradance™ is a form of movement meditation that combines spontaneous dance, music, guided imagery, and mandala art to promote healing and balance throughout the chakra system. It is designed to help you release any blockages, find balance, and ignite your creative spirit. The dance of the heart chakra will open you to love, kindness, and compassion for yourself and others. As you heal the buried hurts in your heart you will radiate pure love and joy into your life, your relationships and out into the world.

No prior dance experience is necessary – just bring an open mind and a willingness to let go.
