Chakradance™ is a form of movement meditation that combines spontaneous dance, music, guided imagery, and mandala art to promote healing and balance throughout the chakra system. It is designed to help you release any blockages, find balance, and ignite your creative spirit.

This dancing prayer will open you up to receiving Universal love, grace and wisdom. As you dance with the Divine, you will become a co-creator with the Universe. This dance will awaken a sense of sacredness and gratitude in your life.

No prior dance experience is necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to let go.
