Welcome to the Chakra Yoga Workshop at Guruv Yoga! Take a journey through the Chakra System using yoga asana and breath work techniques, while aligning your energetic and physical bodies. What to look forward to:-Explore the main functions of each of the 7 chakras: Specific colors, energetic qualities, challenges of chakras, and alignment aspects.-Learn specific asana postures and pranayama breaths to help balance each chakra.-Practice a full chakra yoga flow.-Journal and reflect with group shares the deeper insights of weakened chakras connection to trauma and purpose.-Leave with a personalized plan to maintain chakra balance at home or during other yoga classes. The Chakras we will explore:-Root: Muladhara-Sacral: Svadhishthana-Solar Plexus: Manipura-Heart: Anahata-Throat: Vishuddha-Third Eye: Ajna-Crown: Sahasrara Join Tracy as she offers a look into the Chakra System from a body to energy approach. With over a decade of experience in Massage Therapy, Yoga, Meditation, and Health/Life Coaching, Tracy will share with you a unique and customized approach to total wellness through the lens of the Chakras. Tracy has been trained in Chakra system healing work through Massage Therapy Licensure and a unique Yoga training through Kripalu Yoga.
