How to Prepare for Class

• Dress comfortably

• Yoga Mat

• Blanket

• Water

• Eye Pillow (I have some with washable covers to lend out)

• Optional smooth stones to hold

Please arrive between 8:45-8:55. We will begin promptly at 9am.

Please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket, pillow or anything to allow for comfort while in the resting position.

About Chakra Sound Healing Therapy

Chakra Sound Healing is a practice that uses high frequency therapeutic sounds with a heartfelt intention to aid in improving the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of a person, through the clearing of blockages.

Crystal singing bowls and wind chimes are used to aid in healing the whole person.

What to expect:

Arrive 8:45-8:57

Bring and set up a yoga mat, limited blankets available. Feel cozy enough to bring a pillow, eye cover and meditation cushion.

9-9:05start introduction

9:05-9:10 Room cleanse

9:10-9:20 Bring awareness to chakras

9:20-9:45 Immersive chakra cleanse

9:45-9:50 Guided chakra meditation

9:50-10am Chimes to close, awaken, awareness, processing your experience.
