Our Chakra Sound Bath Series continues in June with a focus on our third eye chakra. The third eye chakra is responsible for perception, awareness, and spiritual communication. During the sound bath you will first engage in a guided meditation focused on clearing and opening your third eye chakra. Then you will tune into beautiful tones from a variety of healing instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, Koshi chimes, wave drum, and other instruments related to the third eye chakra. Take the time to experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits you can receive from immersing yourself in this amazing experience! Bring anything that will aid in your comfort- a yoga mat, blanket, pillow are encouraged. Just a note that individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths.
