Embark on a seven week yogic movement and nutrition journey through the chakras with Good Vibes Yoga Studio owner & creator Deonna Thomas and nutritionist April Pelkey. Each week we will focus on one chakra and how to bring it into balance through the use of yoga, meditation, mudras, aromatherapy, breathwork, and mindful eating. Explore the ways in which food affects the mental health, functioning of the organs, and overall body health. Tantalize the taste buds with a mindful eating meditation while also being supported by vibrational healing through sound and reiki. Our aromatherapy and breathwork will be enhanced with chakra essential oils created by Jessica of Good Vibes Oily. This will be an intensely relaxing and healing experience sprinkled with a wealth of nutrition and chakra knowledge.
Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
