Sound Healing has been used for thousands of years to bring the mental, physical, and energetic bodies into alignment. Experience the healing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, drums and other acoustic instruments, to bring more clarity, centeredness, and connection into our being. This sound meditation takes you on a journey through the chakras, aiding in the release of stress, trauma, and anxiety in our lives. Come experience a deeper connection to your innate truth. The meditation class uses sound, as well as oils and sacred smoke, to create a healing container for participants to safely explore their inner world and self-healing on all planes of existence.
Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that would make you more comfortable.
Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before class. Doors will lock at the beginning of class, so as to not disrupt the meditation. No refunds or class credits are given to no shows and late arrivals. If you cannot attend, please reach out at least 24 hrs before the start of class.
