Who is Citrine?

Citrine will guide the chakra hypnotherapy and journaling. She is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and yoga instructor. Citrine started her journey with hypnotherapy 16 years ago and started her certification in 2023. She started her yoga journey 12 years ago and got certified in 2018.

Who is Dilé?

Dilé will be guiding the Kundalini Yoga/ Reiki and Yoga Nidra. She started her spiritual studies with Reiki 10 years ago. Currently an Usui and Kundalini Reiki master, Dilé is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, Kundalini Activation Facilitator and Breathing Coach.

What should I do to prepare?

It is recommended to not eat 3 hours prior to the event. Additionally, it is recommended to avoid drugs (unless prescribed by a doctor), meat, alcohol and caffeine two days before the event.  It is recommended to drink a lot of water.

What is hypnotherapy?

It is a therapeutic technique that  accesses the subconscious mind and facilitates positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The individual enters a deeply relaxed state . Through neuroplasticity you can rewire the brain to create these positive changes.

It is a form of energy healing that combines elements of traditional Reiki with the powerful spiritual energy of Kundalini. In Kundalini Reiki, practitioners work with the Kundalini energy, which is believed to be a primal energy located at the base of the spine, often depicted as a coiled serpent.
