<h2>Welcome to our Chakra 101 Workshop Series !!!</h2><h3>Starting on 1/18 for 7 Sundays (consecutively) 1pm focusing on each chakra at a time!  </h3><h3>Dates and chakra focus of each workshop:</h3><h3>1. 1/18 Root</h3><h3>2. 1/15 Sacral</h3><h3>3. 1/22 Solar Plexus</h3><h3>4. 1/29 Heart</h3><h3>5. 2/5 Throat</h3><h3>6. 2/12 Third Eye</h3><h3>7. 2/19 Crown</h3><h3>When you sign up below you are planning on attending all 7 workshops ($25 each). If you want to just attend certain workshop(s) instead of all 7 please directly email us and let us know which dates you plan on attending.</h3><h3> This workshop is valuable for anyone who wants to heal blockages of each chakra so relieve any dis-stress, dis-ease, and stagnancy to then create more healing and harmony in their lives.</h3><h3>This educational, empowering &amp; interactive workshop explores the 7 chakra energy energies of our body &amp; how to align them for overall wellness. </h3><p><strong>During the workshop we will focus on :</strong></p><p>-Learning about each chakra energy center of our body</p><p>-How to balance and heal each chakra</p><p>-Learning about the signs &amp; symptoms of having a blocked or imbalanced each chakra</p><p>-What foods, exercise, crystals &amp; etc. that can help balance and unblock each chakra</p><p>-Techniques to embrace each of our 7 chakras</p><p>-Increase awareness of how each of the 7 major energy centers interact &amp; effect our health &amp; organs throughout the body</p><p>-Developing our sensitivity (aka awareness) to ourselves and what we are experiencing &amp; more!</p><h3>Guests will be able take home a packet of resourceful information based on each chakra at each of the 7 workshops. </h3><p>Please email us noteworthyresourcesalbany@gmail.com if you have  any questions. </p>
