The program requires to be lighter on food consumption. We will serve less spicey, less oily, light vegetarian meals.

Yes. There are some activities which will require Yoga Mat hence everyone must have it.

Program is structured for 20 hours over the span of 3 days and it is recommended to be available In-Person for all the 3 days.

Yes. We have facilitated the parking for a discounted price of $5 per car per day.

The event does not mandate it to be residential. We do not provide accommodation. You may contact the property directly if you want to stay at the same location.
