Chair Yoga for Everyone!

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga using a chair. The class starts off with suggested breathing techniques, warm-ups and poses (bend, twist, stretch) and concludes with meditation. Practicing yoga regularly enhance one's mind/body/spirit connection. The overall result of practicing chair yoga is a healthier lifestyle.

Senior Circle is a program for individuals age 50 and above who are focused on continued learning, health and wellness, volunteering and participating in social activities. Senior Circle meets in the Community Room located at the Medical Offices Building suite 2-A next to Bayfront Health Seven Rivers hospital.
