Musician? Creative? Building your brand and trying to stay on track?
Join us for the next Capitol Groove Collective (CGC) gathering—a dynamic jam session, creative networking night, and an empowering workshop on goal setting for artists.
Whether you’re an emerging singer-songwriter or a seasoned performer looking to refocus, this evening is designed to recharge your creativity, expand your network, and help you turn those big ideas into real results.
What to Expect:
- Open jam + musical collaboration (bring your instrument or just your voice!)
- Community + networking with like-minded creatives from across the DMV
- A goal-setting workshop led by CGC founder Emma G, focused on helping musicians stay on track with both their artistry and the business side of their careers.
- Tips on preventing burnout, aligning your goals with your purpose, and creating a strategy that works for you—no more guesswork.
Why Goal Setting?
Because making music is one thing. Building a career that’s fulfilling, sustainable, and financially viable? That takes clarity, strategy, and support. This workshop will give you the tools to move forward with intention.
Entry:
Koha donation (pay what you can—this goes directly to the workshop facilitator).
BYO beverage and snacks to share, and feel free to bring one or two musician friends who might benefit from being part of the CGC fam!
