This two-day, classroom-style interactive learning opportunity will provide financial officers, finance directors and controllers as well as CEOs, executive directors (ED) and health centers’ board members with an opportunity for in-depth learning about key sets of financial data and the use of that data to assist in key decision making. This course is designed as an evolving case study to assist Virginia community health centers’ financial leaders in helping their CEOs, EDs and boards of directors make informed decisions that affect each organization’s future.
