From Stress to Strength: Tools to Respond, Not React

Overview:
Stress is a part of life—but how we respond to it makes all the difference. In this empowering presentation, you'll explore the most common stress responses (fight, flight, and freeze) and gain insight into how your body and emotions react under pressure.

Led by Gianna, a Degreed Nutritionist and Mindfulness Coach with over a decade of experience in mindfulness, somatics, and stress management, this session is designed to help you transform anxiety into confidence. Drawing from her own journey through chronic stress, anxiety, and health challenges, Gianna now guides others in creating sustainable habits that foster inner calm, resilience, and self-trust.

You’ll leave this session not only more aware of your stress patterns but also equipped with practical, easy-to-implement tools to help you pause, reflect, and respond—rather than react.

What You’ll Learn:
✅ Understand how you physically and emotionally experience stress
✅ Identify 3 of the 6 common human stress responses
✅ Practice simple, effective tools to help balance stress and build self-awareness

Whether you’re managing daily stressors or supporting others in high-stress environments, this session is for you.
