Why Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner® Training?

Hyperdrive’s Certified Scrum Professional® - Product Owner (CSP®-PO) picks up where Advanced Certified Product Owner®(A-CSPO®) left off and takes your Product Owner skills to the next level. Attendees deep dive into Product Strategy - From customer discovery and development to business models and competitive analysis this class explores the role of the Product Owner and how they help launch new teams, work with their stakeholders on planning and forecasting and work with multiple teams on their backlogs.

Filled with real-world examples and attendees’ experiences, you’ll leave this class with practical tools and techniques that can be implemented immediately at your workplace. Certified Scrum Professionals challenge their teams to improve the way Scrum and Agile principles are applied. CSP®-PO’s have demonstrated experience, documented training, and proven knowledge in Scrum.

Prerequisites

• Current Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO®) certification with Scrum Alliance.
• At least two years of work experience in a Product Owner role in the last five years. (In order to validate work experience, it must be entered on candidate’s Scrum Alliance profile in Scrum Experience section where it is noted that this is required for Path to CSP applications.)

Meet trainer Anu Smalley – CST

Anu Smalley approaches Agile with an open mind, encouraging her students to explore the framework for themselves and accelerate traditionalists’ adoption of Agile. A specialist in executive coaching and Agile transformations, she’s contributed to the success of businesses including Capital One.

An avid traveler, she uses her real-world anecdotes to captivate her students. Attendees can expect an engaging class that’s both personal and enjoyable.

Anu also freely gives her time as a CST Mentor and actively contributes to Women in Agile. Her favorite part of training is being able to lend a hand to others and help them in their career and personal goals. She hopes to diversify the industry by helping more women and People of Color to become Agilists.

Live-Online Requirements:

To participate in the online course, you'll need the following:

• A quiet, comfortable place to be for the duration of the class
• Choose an area without distractions
• Be mindful of managing potential interruptions (e.g. children, pets, etc).
• Computer (desktop, laptop, or tablet)
• Camera and microphone (we'll have virtual breakout rooms)
• Headset to filter out room noise
• Internet connectivity

We ask that you participate like you would if you were in class.

• Punctual arrival
• Full attention and participation (video is required)
• Committed to full, 100% attendance and participation during class time

Engagement:

• Breaks – The course will include frequent breaks to allow time away from the screen, time to stretch your legs, and check on friends/family.
• Video Required – You'll be working with others in video breakout rooms. It's a unique way to engage with your classmates and dive deeper into discussions.
• Tools – Our coaches have incorporated easy-to-use websites and online collaboration tools to support their lessons.

Cancellation Policy:

A 90% refund will be issued for cancellations made in 14 days or more from the start date of the course. For cancellations made in less than 14 days, we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer into the next available course. Any additional transfer requests will result in a $100 transfer fee. All refund/transfer requests must be emailed to info@hyperdriveagile.com.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your class attendance. Attendees must contact info@hyperdriveagile.com within 48 hours of the class start time to reschedule if they are unable to attend. Registration will be considered forfeited if no notice is received within the 48 hour window.
