Kick off the start of summer with an unforgettable afternoon of smoke, sizzle and lakeside views at the first-annual Certified Angus Beef® Bash presented by Nolan’s Catering. Join us on Sunday, May 31 from 1-4pm at Hotel Canandaigua, Tapestry by Hilton for a laid back celebration of bold flavors highlighting Certified Angus Beef® cuts. Guests are invited to sample an array of BBQ-forward plates curated by Nolan’s Catering, partake in an exciting five, extensive Meat Raffle packages to benefit The Spot, and last but not least, take in the indie-style country sounds by local musician Claudia Hoyser!


What to Expect

  • Watch our chefs in action as they carve and serve a variety of expertly prepared Certified Angus Beef® cuts, straight from the grill.
  • Enjoy a spread of summer cookout classics, smoky flavors, and chef-crafted sides that pair perfectly with all of the beef dishes planned
  • Enter to win premium cuts of Certified Angus Beef® to take home and grill at your leisure. Meats will be raffle periodically between Claudia’s set for attendees to have up to five attempts to win!
  • Listen to the indie-style country sounds of Claudia Hoyser who’s set to perform the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of great food and good company from 1-3pm
  • Grab a cold drink with beverage samplings happening throughout the event. Mix and mingle with friends and enjoy the relaxed energy of this lakeside cookout.

  • Station 3: Smokehouse (Brisket + Corn Bread, Cheddar Cheese Biscuit) by Chef Garrette Gray of The Lake House on Canandaigua
  • Station 4: Kid’s Buffet (Macaroni and Cheese, Chicken Fingers, French Fries)

About the Meat Raffle

  • A dedicated table will be accessible for attendees to bid on the packages of their choosing.
  • The meat raffle will be held silent auction-style, as the MC will announce when tickets will be pulled for various packages
  • 1 winner per package. Must be present to win*
