CERT Basic Course
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Basic Course—learn lifesaving skills to prepare for disasters and emergencies.
The CERT Basic Course will be held at the Fire Administration Building Training Room. This course provides participants with essential disaster preparedness and response skills, including fire safety, disaster medical operations, light search and rescue, and team organization. Graduates are better prepared to protect themselves, assist their families, and support their community during emergencies.
Due to ongoing construction, parking will be available across the street at the Community Center.
Appropriate attire is required. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and long pants are strongly recommended. Please dress comfortably for the classroom and hands-on activities.
Food will not be provided. Participants should bring water and snacks. A lunch break will be provided on both Saturday and Sunday.
