Ceramics Open Studio at MOCA

MOCA's Ceramics Open Studio is for ceramicists looking for a place to create and connect with peers. Ceramics Open Studio hours take place in a MOCA workshop equipped with throwing wheels and a range of tools available to students. Work during these hours is self-directed and all clay and glaze should be brought by the student. Registration includes 1 kiln firing for a single piece under 10lbs. At this time only low fire clay and glaze can be fired in MOCA’s kilns.

Takes place from 2-4 p.m. | Geared to an adult audience, but open to teens in the company of an adult. | Supplies Included

About MOCA

The Museum of Contemporary Art Jacksonville (MOCA) is the only museum in Northeast Florida dedicated to contemporary art.
