<h2>Brent Beardall</h2><h3>President &amp; CEO | WaFd Bank</h3><p>Brent Beardall is the President &amp; Chief Executive Officer of WaFd Bank. Mr. Beardall joined WaFd Bank in 2001 as Vice President &amp; Controller. In 2003, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, a position he served in for eleven years prior to being assigned to his current role with responsibility for all client-facing activities of the bank. He was awarded the title of President in 2016. On April 1, 2017, he became only the sixth CEO in the bank’s 100 year history.</p><h2>Jack Heath</h2><h3>President &amp; COO | Washington Trust Bank</h3><p>Jack Heath is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Washington Trust Bank. He was elected to this position in March 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Heath held numerous positions in Commercial Banking, Marketing, Investment Services, and Branch Banking. </p><p>Mr. Heath is active in the community, currently serving as a Director on the boards of Greater Spokane Incorporated, the Pacific Coast Banking School, and the Community Cancer Fund. Jack is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board for Premera and Premera Blue Cross. He is a past Chairman of the Washington Bankers Association and continues to serve on their Board of Directors, as well as being an Emeritus Board Member of the Gonzaga University Board of Regents, Gonzaga Forum Board, and the Mobius Science Center Board. He is active in the Spokane County United Way. Mr. Heath received a BA in Finance from the University of Idaho and an MBA in Finance from Gonzaga University. </p><h2>Michael Sand</h2><h3>President &amp; CEO | Timberland Bank</h3><p>Michael R. Sand has been affiliated with Timberland Bank since 1977 and has served as President of Timberland Bank and Timberland since January 23, 2003. On September 30, 2003, he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Timberland Bank and Timberland. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sand had served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Timberland Bank since 1993 and as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Timberland since its formation in 1997.</p>

<h2>Nancy Foster</h2><h3>President &amp; CEO | Risk Management Association</h3><p>Foster is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Risk Management Association. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction as well as providing oversight for overall operations of the association. RMA serves approximately 2,200 financial institutions and 18,000 professionals with 110 chapters worldwide.</p><p>Prior to joining RMA, Foster was Executive Vice President with Park Sterling Bank (2010-2017) where she was responsible for management of the bank’s credit, marketing, retail, mortgage, and wealth management lines of business. Foster was previously Chief Risk Officer of CIT Group, Inc., where she was responsible for global enterprise-wide risk management. Prior to joining CIT, Foster was Group Senior Vice President at LaSalle Bank Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABN AMRO, NV.  </p><p></p><p><strong><em>The event will be recorded.
