About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

On Wednesday, June 19th, in our office, our President and CEO, Sharon Avery, will host an intimate conversation on environmental granting in the urban context. This is the first in a series of CEO Talks where we will bring together fundholders and sector experts to explore shared interests and opportunities.

Speakers:

  • Burkhard Mausberg, President, Small Change Fund
  • Emmay Mah, Executive Director, Toronto Environmental Alliance (TEA)

Both Burkhard and Emmay and their organizations are nimble advocates for the environment having won critical victories on the greenbelt and single use plastics respectively.

Join us for a round table discussion on the environment and related opportunities in this important, but sometimes overlooked, segment of the sector.

This is a private, in-person event open only to Toronto Foundation fundholders and invited guests. Spaces are limited!

Please reach out to Sarah at spendleton@torontofoundation.ca if you have any questions.
