Colleagues, We want to start with gratitude. Thank you again to each of you for the remarkable work you&#x27;ve done the past two challenging years, doing all you can for the students, families, and communities you serve. With the continued decline of Covid-19 trends in the region and the arrival of spring, we have a unique opportunity for friends of the Central Ohio Compact to gather for the first time in over two years. On Wednesday, April 20, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. we will host the first of two 2022 Summits. We have assembled a steering committee of leaders from K-12, higher education, employers, and various agencies and nonprofits and would like to test some preliminary concepts for a &quot;Compact 2.0.&quot; Our region is in a period of significant change. Our collective impact approach through the Central Ohio Compact has made a difference for many students and families over the last decade. Our Compact partnership gives us a strong foundation upon which to address the needs of students, families, employers and others going forward. The imperative to provide equitable opportunities to success for everyone in our communities has never been greater, nor has the opportunity to make that happen.
