Jay has more than 20 years of experience dealing with all aspects of property sales and purchases. Jay is also co-author of the #1 bestseller Before the Hammer Falls: The Insider’s Guide to Property Auction Success, which is the industry’s most in-depth book on UK property auctions.

As a former auction manager at Auction House London and Business Development Director at Auction House his deep sector expertise is regularly consulted as part of awards judging panels, roundtables and industry level speaking events.

Originally studying Law in the early 2000s, Ruban caught the property bug after investing in small family homes in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. The company has expanded into auction and express sale estate agency services, becoming a one-stop shop for sellers seeking quick solutions.
