Ajay Kapur, CEO PLMD Group

A seasoned property developer and investor with a specific focus on urban regeneration and turning low-value assets into high-performing investments, Ajay has been responsible for a series of redevelopment schemes in strategic locations on the outskirts of London. Specializing in residential development, Ajay has a proven track record of delivering high-quality developments in locations experiencing increasing economic growth, investment, and regeneration. Through his extensive connections and wider partnerships, he has become a specialist in sourcing strategic development opportunities and delivering quality construction programs. Prior to founding PLMD Group, Ajay has worked for more than a decade in various Asset Management organizations including Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, UBS, and Bank of America.

Malkit Purewal, Savoys Properties

Malkit Purewal is an established property developer/investor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He purchased his first property in auction back in 2000 and transitioned into the HMO market 10 years later. Malkit graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Management followed by an MSc in Computer Science. He began his career as a Computer Programmer in 2000 before transitioning to Commodity trading as a Gas Analyst Developer in 2009. In 2017, Malkit left the Commodity Trading world to focus on his property development and lettings business. With a real passion for property, Malkit started with buy-to-lets, moved to renovations, followed by conversions and new builds. Now, he likes to focus his time on commercial to residential conversions and bespoke HMO conversions.
