Emma Fielding


Emma Fielding, Director of Emma Property Developments, began renovating her own homes in Barnsley, South Yorkshire in 2019 and 2020. Transitioning from the corporate world to full-time house flipping in January 2021, Emma has successfully flipped over 8 houses with more in the pipeline, totaling a GDV of £1.135 million. Having raised over £1.3 million in investor finance, Emma achieved a seven-figure turnover in her second year of trading and has ambitious plans for the future. Her achievements include being a finalist on the Sky TV show "Property Graduate" and winning "Young Property Investor of the Year" at the Property Investor Awards.



Justin Owens

Justin is the founder and Group Managing Director of Silverleaf Group, a residential

and mixed used development and investment company.

Founded 20 years ago and based in South London, Silverleaf Group operates

across the South East identifying land, navigating the planning system and

constructing new build homes from single houses through to multi-unit housing and

apartment schemes. In 2022 alone, Silverleaf Group obtained planning permission


for in excess of 110 units across Surrey, Kent & Sussex.

In 2018 Justin was awarded ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Croydon Business

Awards with Silverleaf Group also being finalist for ‘Contribution to the Community’.


Motiul Islam


Motiul Islam, an experienced property expert from London's East End, is the vibrant host of the PPN Stratford. With 17 years in property, Motiul's mission is to assist others in their property endeavors, drawing from his own journey starting at 19 while studying economics and business technology. Despite initial setbacks, he swiftly achieved his goals, retiring early from property but returning due to his passion and desire to aid others. Specializing in HMOs and deal structuring, Motiul's knowledge spans various strategies, from no-money-down to joint ventures. His approachable demeanor, generosity in sharing knowledge, and extensive network make him a standout panellist.
