Panel chaired by:Jack Jiggens

Jack is adept at sourcing, structuring, and securing de-risked deals, having raised £14m in equity and £41m in debt facilities for our projects. With a background deeply rooted in property, Jack's journey began on building sites, where he developed and flipped properties. In recent years, Jack, alongside business partner Ben Richards, has spearheaded a network of award-winning property-related businesses across London and the home counties. This includes XP Property (SME Property Developers), XP Surveys (a cutting-edge surveying firm), and Central Suites (a rapidly expanding co-living property management portfolio with 120 beds established in just 3 years).
As CEO of Oparo Social, Jack played a pivotal role in building a £20m+ portfolio of Supported Housing stock, comprising 114 beds across 14 assets in South London from 2020 to 2023.
