Free, 30-minutes centering, mindfulness and/or Somatic Stress Release group practices to start your week from a more grounded place.
Centering Sunday intentionally offers a variety of different mindfulness, centering, and Somatic Stress Release practices and techniques that rotate through every six months. It is more than just meditation. Calm is the byproduct of tending to what is, not something we force. We welcome a guest presenter about once per month - some recent presenters led us in Qi Gong, Lymphatic Release, Myofascial Jaw Release, EFT Tapping, and more.
If you have previously tried mindfulness and the technique or protocol didn’t work for you, this could be a great place to try a wide variety of techniques. I will offer many micro-practices that you can incorporate into your daily life or try out at different moments. If you have experience in mindfulness/centering, it can add a little spice to engage in different ways - incorporating somatic practices.
This space is meant to help offer consistency and personal accountability in your own healing & self-care journey.
