RSVP no later than 11:00 PM (EST) on Friday, March 15th, 2024 by submitting your $150 deposit.

This fee goes towards the final amount of the trip. This amount will be provided after a final head count is determined.

Following the registration deadline, there will be an informational session which will include a virtual meet and greet, as well as provide further details such as events, food, etc.!

Please note that all fee and respective deposit payments are non-refundable.

Frequently asked questions

How can I make payments?

Center Stage & Co. prefers payments be issued via Zelle and Apple Pay. Cash payments must be on-time and in-person to avoid inconvenience fees. Cash App payments MUST include the advised amount to accept original full amount in whole.

Can I make payments outside of the due date?

Any payments made outside of the due date MUST be BEFORE the due date, and must be submitted via Zelle or Apple Pay.

Do late fees apply?

There will not be any late fees; however, a 10% inconvenience fee will be added to all late payments.

Are any payments and/or fees refundable?

No, any and all payments and/or fees are non-refundable.

Am I able to invite additional people?

Due to the room-to-person ratio, only single - bed rooms are allowed to invite one (1) additional person, and the room fees will still apply to the invitee.

When will I receive directions to the event?

Due to the use of rental services, directions will be provided 24-48 hours prior to the event.
