Hands on Cooking with Chef Deborah Costella, Owner of Cosmic Muffin Cafe

Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating all that is Green; St. Patrick’s Day, edible plants, our 4th Chakra – the Heart Chakra and anything else in shades of green, you consider worth celebrating. Chef Deborah will teach participants how easy and simple it is to prepare; Black Bean Sliders with Zucchini Fries on the side, followed by a crisp and refreshing Green Apple Slaw, and for Dessert, Irish Cream Ice Cream!

About the Instructor:

Chef Deborah returns to the Santa Cruz area after twenty-plus years in Vegas. There, she honed her skills as a Personal Chef and Culinary Instructor, working with kids, teens, celebrities and everything in between. She has penned two cookbooks; “Cooking With Granddad” and “One Four-Ounce Serving – A Collection of Food Stories and Recipes.” She continues her work as a Food Writer for Medicinally focused publications as well as sharing her years of experience and knowledge in the art of cookery, right here in Santa Cruz.
