Step One: Bake a treat that features matcha as the starring ingredient. Breads, Cakes. Layer cakes, cupcakes, snack cakes, roulades, and even cheesecakes—Cookies, Custard., the list goes on and on.

Step Two: Bring your bake to Int’l Matcha Day at the James Bong Building. Find the perfect on our spring floral display to park your bake.

Step Three: Take photographs, make friends, and gorge yourself baked goods in a picturesque soothing cafe area.
