For the safety of our community, anyone feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 is encouraged to stay home. If you cannot attend due to illness, we will extend your digital subscription service by an additional month, ensuring you can still enjoy our curated content.

Terms and Conditions for the Event

Adherence to our event's terms and conditions is a requirement. This includes but is not limited to, compliance with our health and safety guidelines, respect for all participants, and avoidance of prohibited items on the premises. We reserve the right to remove any individual not adhering to this.

How will I receive my subscriptions?

Once you purchase a ticket, subscriptions@onrecordchicago.com will email you with the necessary information to get you started!

When will I receive my digital subscription?

Starting mid-August 2024 we will send out digital subscriptions on a monthly basis. Depending on your pledge, you will be covered for 3 or 5 months of digital services. Once your pledge is over, our monthly subscription rate will be $30/month.

What comes with a digital subscription?

We aim to provide a wide range of content from Chicago's creative industry. Including, but not limited to: digital art, playlist suggestions, event notices and opportunities, and newsletters. Subscription is based on our artist roster and a short quiz will be provided to you after your purchase.

We aim to provide a wide range of content from Chicago's talented creative industry, including, but not limited to, visual art, jewelry, merchandise, and booklets. We will curate this based on our artist roster and a short quiz that will be provided to you after your purchase.

Will the content stay the same every month?

This is a continuous collaboration between On Record and its artist roster, and we are committed to building on our creativity as we go to provide meaningful content to you.

How often do subscription boxes get delivered?

Subscription boxes are delivered on a semi-annual basis, with the first one coming out in July 2024. We are creating a 6-month subscription cycle leading with a physical box the first month, followed by a digital box the following 5 months

Where can I have a subscription box shipped?

At this time, we are only able to ship to customers with a Chicagoland area code.

We are fully committed to launching our product. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or necessitate adjustments. While refunds for pledges cannot be provided, we value your feedback and support during this process, and we are dedicated to keeping you informed every step of the way!

Tickets and subscription pledges are non-refundable. In the event of changes or cancellations, attendees will be notified via email, and the ticket purchase amount will be applied towards an additional month of our digital subscription service.
