Classes will be held Wed, July 24, from 8-6:00, and Thur, July 25, from 9-4. All classes are AREC approved and will include the required Risk Management course, Mandatory Broker CE, and the Code Of Ethics course. Wednesday courses include Risk Management: initial Contact to Accepted Contract (required by AREC), Technology for Real Estate, Mandatory Broker CE. Then Wedenesday courses include Code of Ethics (fulfills NAR requirement), and Doing Business with AL Housing Finance Authority. SEATING IS LIMITED, SO REGISTER EARLY!
