Help shape the future of CDHO Peer Coaching sessions!

CDHO will be working with a consultant to conduct a series of online focus groups this November. The goal of these sessions will be to inform the structure of the Peer Coaching sessions for Path 4 Peer Circles, by identifying key competencies for safe and effective practice from the members’ perspective.We are looking for 32 RDHs to join one of four available focus groups. Please only sign up for one focus group.You do not need to have attended a Peer Circle in order to participate in a focus group and no preparation will be necessary. All you need is a passion for enhancing your professional practice and helping others to do the same!Focus groups will be conducted online via Zoom and participants will be compensated $75 for their time. RDHs who have participated in projects related to Peer Circles development (e.g. facilitators, peer coaches, case writers, etc.) would not be eligible to participate.Let’s collaborate, brainstorm, and ensure that Peer Coaching becomes an outstanding learning experience for everyone!
