DED’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) will host a virtual Citizen Participation Training on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 3-4:30 p.m. The training will review the Citizen Participation requirements for the CDBG program. Guidance will be provided to subrecipients on the necessary steps to ensure that all citizens are meaningfully involved in important decisions at the various stages of the program, including development of the needs assessment, review of proposed activities, and review of past program performance.
