She is Vice President of Dr. Day Care Family, Inc. and is a professional consultant who has been in the field of early childhood education and school age care for the past 35 years. Her experience includes teaching young children from 6 weeks to 12 years as well as being an administrator in a variety of different capacities.A focus of Tracy’s career for the past twenty-five years has been on supporting the professional development of Administrators, Teachers, and Teacher assistants. Tracy presents to many private early learning centers in Rhode Island and Massachusetts on a variety of topics, and has presented at the NAEYC Conference multiple times, as well as state AEYC affiliate statewide conferences.Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is a member of NAEYC and the Rhode Affiliate, RIAEYC, as well as the National After School Association and has served on many educational sub-committees, Tracy is also a CDA Specialist and Conscious Discipline enthusiast.
