Central Cabarrus 2024 Prom

*Our annual Viking Prom 2024 will be Saturday, May 4th, 2024, from 8pm-12am at the City Club at Gibson Mill, located in Concord.
Only students of CCHS are able to purchase a CCHS Prom Ticket. Ticket purchasers must supply their name and their guests’ names (only 1 guest per person) when purchasing a ticket. If the purchaser is unsure about his or her guest at the time of purchase, he or she may state “guest” and update his or her guest’s name no later than Friday, April 26th, 2024.
All guest names and accompanying paperwork must be submitted by Friday, April 26th, 2024. No exceptions.
Guests must also be in good behavioral standing and have no outstanding fees.
If you are a freshman or sophomore guest of an upperclassman, your date must accompany you to prom.
If your guest is someone from outside of CCHS, he or she must accompany you to the prom. No one outside the school will be admitted without a CCHS student accompanying him or her.
If your guest is someone from outside of CCHS, you must complete a prom guest permission form and submit a copy of their driver’s license. These must be submitted no later than Friday, April 26th. No exceptions.
All students must show photo proof of identity (driver’s license, passport, student ID) or have a letter of identity from a principal or administrator at their schools.
No one 21 or older may come to prom. This includes guests who will turn 21 on or before May 4th, 2024.
Once you leave prom, you may not return. If you need to go to your car during prom, an administrator or police officer must accompany you.
Students may not sell or transfer a ticket to another student. Additionally, no guest list name changes. If you change your mind about who you are bringing, a new ticket will have to be purchased.
All prom ticket sales are final and are non-refundable.
Students who are suspended out-of-school during the week of prom (4/29-5/3) will not be admitted.

COVID safety precautions will be followed by all in attendance.
The price of tickets is $65 per person. The ticket covers prom entry to an exclusive venue for 4 hours (including tables, upgraded chairs, linens, centerpieces, dance floor, and props & décor), finger foods & beverages, desserts, DJ service, themed props & lighting. An Off-Duty officer will also be on-site per City Club.
