Are you a food producer looking to level-up your product offerings? The Central Coast Food Web has partnered with the Oregon State University Food Innovation Center to provide this great workshop, just for you!
In the morning, hear from Food Innovation Center experts Jordyn Bunting and Jason Ball, who will talk about food science and safety, and everything you need to know to develop new and awesome products!
In the afternoon, participants can receive one-on-one support from the FIC experts to brainstorm product ideas, establish plans, and practice development steps learned in the morning session. During this time, the CCFW team will host a small-group discussion for in-person participants.
Lunch: In-person participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch to enjoy at the Yaquina Lab, or they can venture into Newport or Toledo during the hour break.
