Yes, if you have a valid student ID, and present us with your relevant study information, the ticket entry ticket is free.

In the case you don't have a valid student ID, e.g., because you attend an online school, please contact us at contact@vizlabstudios.com and we will find a solution!

Will the sessions be recorded and available online?

Accepted Answer

No, the event is held live in Viborg and there will be no recording or streaming services.

Is the event accessible online?

Accepted Answer

No, this is 100 % physical event.

Will there be networking and portfolio reviews?

Accepted Answer

We are working on setting up a networking area in which participants and speakers can mix and mingle. Portfolio reviews will not be directly planned, but you are free to ask for a review. But be respectful for participants and speakers.

How do I get to Viborg?

We are collaborating with a Taxi company, where you can share a taxi from Billund to Viborg (ont he 27th) and from Viborg to Billund (on the 30th).
The estimated price, for 4 people sharing the cab, is DKK 350 per trip (DKK 700 roundtrip).

Where can I stay during the event?

There are multiple hotels in the city of Viborg and different price categories. The city is rather small, and everything is accessible by foot. We are certain you will be able to find an accommodation option that will  fit your needs.

How many tickets are available?

Accepted Answer

There are a limited amount of ticket, as we will be in a cinema hall. So, once we reach the cap of the cinema hall, there is no more room (we won't be expanding to more tickets).

Is there a fixed number of tickets reserved for students?

Nope, tickets are booked based on "First come - First servered".
