How Should I Bring My Tickets to the Show?

1. You can show your tickets on your phone 2. You can print them out 3. If you are not able to do either, don't worry, we will have the list of ticket purchases at the show to cross reference.

Can I Buy Extra Tickets at the Door?

Yes! Extra tickets may be purchased for $14 cash at the door. Walk-ins are welcome! Kids 10 & under are Free

Do Many Men Attend?

Yes, about 20% of Men come to help with the planning! Or Plan Their own weddings. All Weddings are Welcome!

Is DoubleTree Green Tree the Only Wedding Venue Represented?

No, we will have many different wedding venues with displays there!

Can I Represent the Bride or Groom if They are Out of Town?

Yes, It's a great place to gather info for your engaged, be sure to register them (either when you purchase a ticket here, or at the door). That will allow you to collect all of the FREEBIES for them, including Cavanaugh's Wedding Planner BrideBook.

Are Children Welcome, and How Much are Their Tickets?

Yes you may bring children (if you want to!) -Children 10 and under are free. Strollers are OK, at times it will be crowded.

Where Should We Park & Enter Hotel?

The DoubleTree Green Tree has plenty of free parking. You may enter at the main front doors under the portico if you are parking on the lower level. Upper level parking has an elevator that will bring you down into the hotel. You must enter through the main lobby.
