CATCH Training

CATCH Training :

The Customer Assessment Tracking and Case History (CATCH) training provides an overview of the roles of the systems, user management, and the responsibilities of the service provider manager and case manager. For DHS ESA and FSA employees, TEP Providers, and FSA Supportive Services partners to obtain application credentials, they must complete the Customer Assessment and Case History Application (CATCH) training.
