Catalyst is a group to support girls ages 13-19 in becoming grounded in their bodies, in community, and nature.

Catalyst Teens supports girls ages 13-19 in becoming grounded in their bodies, in community, and nature-- so they can become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. In the process, teen girls become empowered, develop relationships with nature and become capable, confident leaders. Led by Nada Khodlova, MA BC-DMT, LCAT, a certified "Journey of Young Women" instructor, and other experts in their fields in sustainable skills, we meet once monthly Sep-June to connect, get healthy, learn, grow, and have fun IRL at the beautiful Grail Center in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. Please join us!!Try us out!! First/intro session: Oct 15@2pm. Enjoy fun activities and meet our leadership team! We will hike, have a sharing/icebreaker circle, forage herbs for smudge sticks, and craft a smudge stick to bring home. We'll close the circle with a fire and S'mores.Later sessions will include activities like:<ul><li>Movement --such as yoga, dances, hiking, gardening, etc.</li><li>Sharing circle </li><li>Sustainable skill--such as foraging, herbal medicine making, plant dying, firestarting, orienteering, gardening, archery, and more.</li></ul>2022 Dates: October 15 (2-5pm), November 12 (1-4pm), and December 10th (1-4pm)DeetsEmail Natalie at catalyst.teengirls@gmail.com for info and questions.
