SAFE Haven for Cats' Feline Fundamentals series to give you all the information you need to take care of the kitties!We will host workshops including “Bottle Feeding Orphan Kittens,” “Pet Readiness for Natural Disasters,” and “Caring for Senior Cats.” No matter what your interests are, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!To give everyone adequate space to grow your knowledge and engage with the content, we are limiting each session to only 35 participants. Spots are likely to fill up early, so be sure to sign up as soon as you can. Some classes are free, but many cost $5 (which is cheaper than most drinks at Starbucks!).

Feline Fundamentals with SAFE Haven for Cats

Cats talk with their whiskers?  A cat’s body is one giant communication tool, and you can learn how to decipher the most subtle of body language from your kitty. What if cats could talk?! Well, they can… sort of. You’ll find out more about cats’ social structures and how to prevent behavior problems before they even become an issue. Learn how the predator/prey relationship shapes how cats interact with one another, and even with you! At the end of the seminar, participants should be able to explain how cat communication influences cat behavior in your household and in communities.
