Vehicle showcasers: There will be in venue indoor and leading in venue outdoor connected patio space to showcase vehicles (cars, trucks, & bikes). As of right now, there is no more indoor spots (unless you have a bike) but there is still vehicle spots outdoors to showcase the vehicle that is still on venue. This is not the same place that everyone attending will park at, it is considered a showcasing spot since it is ON the venue. Please message us if you are interested in showcasing your vehicle FIRST before grabbing a ticket. Remember, plans might change so incase things move around and someone can't make it indoors, you might still be able to fill that spot. (630-343-9376)

About: We are hosting an private event in the Chicagoland Suburbs to bring all walks of culture together. The goal of this event is to build and fuse all of the "minority" majorities that aren't shown on mainstream (all ethnic groups but everyone is welcome of course) and create an open, welcoming, and recognizable safe space together. After all, we need more cultural representation and morale in all walks of life but especially the car scene. This is an 100 person capacity event.

Ticket: Includes food and drink at the event. If you are wondering why a ticket... it helps keep the troublemakers out of the event, helps us finalize a number with the venue, but also since we're a startup small business - we don't have funds to splurge on hosting fancier events (yet). The ticket price is set to help us break even for the cost of the event. No ticket, no entrance. We sincerely appreciate everyone attending and hope to host more at a lower cost with your support.

Style: This will be an RSVP style evening full of mingling, food, fusion music (Reggaeton, Hip - Hop, Bollywood, etc), and cars in hopes of bringing everyone connections, a light break from life, or even to just have a breath of fresh air knowing that everyone in the room is on the similiar wavelength with you. This is aimed for a more mature audience - not the takeover people.

Venue: We rented out a nicer warehouse basically and it's going to have the similiar vibes as being in your friend's patio in the summertime with stringlights throughout and an almost rustic modern vibe. This is going to be revealed closer to the date of the event to help keep random people out and not ruin it for us all.

Dress code: Don't dress like a bum.

Parking: Free, there's plenty of parking connected to the venue for attendees (a great perk of being in the suburbs). The parking lot is gonna end up looking like a car meet I'm sure so you'll know where to park based on where the cars are at.

Policies: Non-refundable tickets, rain or shine we are running because we do have an indoor space, if you have a vehicle that leaks oil please message us first, no vaping/smoking unless at designated areas, and please be respectful! Anyone violating the rules will be asked to leave. Vehicles registering need to be at the venue at 4pm before the event starts at 5pm - if you are here late, you are not getting in. Vehicles can roll out at 9pm when the event ends. Absolutely no rowdy revving, we want to be able to return back to the venue. Any damage caused by you or your vehicle you will be liable to pay for. The venue is used for weddings and is family-owned so please uphold your standards and treat the place like you would want others to act in your place of business. Use common sense please.
