The session involves moving weights down a 45-foot parking lot in various ways, mimicking everyday activities like carrying groceries. You'll work with chains, kettlebells, resistance bikes, medicine balls, and deadlifting stations.
This isn't a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class. Instead, it's a relaxed environment where you move at your own pace and choose your level of challenge. There's minimal technique required, making it ideal for anyone who wants to join us for a Saturday morning workout.
